Dead Sea Salt (Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride and Bromine), Organic Lavender Essential Oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of magnesium bath soak into tub with warm water and soak for 20 minutes.
